Your Boy John Wall is a Fool

He’s got crazy speed, crazy dribbles, crazy defense? John Wall in NBA 2K11 is an all around beast I am told. Check out this sick 360 layup in traffic and his NBA 2K11 player ratings.. At least most of them. The Wizards are still a bum team however in my opinion. Javale and Gilbert are the only other play makers on this roster.

Nasty Spin Dunk Move

A few of my friends have the game already who have pretty much told me its the best basketball game they have ever played after getting use to the new controls and gameplay. One of them told me about this spin dunk move that is really effective and difficult to contain. I got it down a few times in the demo but have not figured it out quite yet ill explain how to do this a little later once i get it down more. My friend was spin dunking in traffic on 7 footers using Nate Robinson lol. What you got to do is get or create a lane to the basket and using the sprint trigger hold the right stick down in one of the directions and you will get this spin dunk animation in NBA 2K11. Check out the video below.

Update: A member in the forum explains how to do it in this thread here:

NBA 2K11 Ally-Oop Dunks

Check out this ally-oop highlights video from the NBA 2K11 demo. You’ll see a few new animations added to the game as well as some old ones from 2k10. I actually had some really crazy layup animations but could not finish those so they got cut from this video. They also changed how to throw ally-oops. Now you have to hold left trigger and press B when you see your player, preferably someone who is a good dunker or big guy cutting to the basket. The fast break is always a nice time to look for an ally-oop. Otherwise if you hold both triggers down and pass it back to your PG that player will cut to the basket for an ally opportunity.
